FAQ

Q: Is it possible to view and visit the sailboat?

Yes, please contact me by email [email protected].

Q: Do you speak …?

My preferred languages are English or Dutch.

Q: Is the boat on land?

Yes, the boat is on land, located in the dry dock of Port Navy service.

Q: Can you give me the history of the boat?

The sailboat was built in Normandy, France, and commissioned and custom-built for the first owner. They sailed across the Atlantic to brazil and back to France. The second owner sailed it in the Mediterranean. I am the third owner, and I have also sailed in the Mediterranean.

Q: What's the overall state of the sailboat?

The boat is functional but could do with an aesthetic refit and is accordingly priced.

Q: What is the sate of the engine and how many engine hours?

The engine runs great and has been serviced every year and has approximately 4300 running hours.

Q: Can the boat be beached/ dry out on the sand?

The sailboat was designed to be beachable. Currently, beaching is not possible due to the rudder extension. The previous owner extended the rudder to allow better control when heeling. The sailboat spent the last seasons in the Mediterranean, where the tide difference is too small for beaching. The extension can be removed to regain the ability to beach again.
